1.About this policy
SMSRay is a product of Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd. ("Lacspace", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in India (CIN U46511DL2025PTC079972, RoC-Delhi) and registered in Nepal (Reg. No. 377566/82/83, PAN 622468837).
This Cookie Policy explains how the SMSRay website (smsray.com) and portal (app.smsray.com) use cookies and similar browser storage. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps small values in your browser.
2.Website (smsray.com)
- Theme preference (local storage): if you choose light or dark mode, we save that choice in your browser's local storage so the site looks the way you picked next time. It stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
The website does not set advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
3.Portal (app.smsray.com)
- Session cookies (essential): when you sign in, the portal sets two httpOnly, Secure cookies that hold your short-lived access token and your refresh token. httpOnly means scripts in the page cannot read them, which protects your session. They are required for the portal to work.
Access tokens are short-lived. Refresh sessions expire after a period of inactivity, and you can see and revoke your active sessions from the portal's security page. Signing out clears the cookies.
The portal may also keep simple interface preferences, such as your theme, in local storage.
4.What we don't use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No cookies that sell or share your browsing data with advertisers.
If we ever add optional analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
